Mason blows by Scott

Mason started the game off hot from the field jumping out to a double digit lead. The pace of the first and second quarter was very up and down the court. Scott was able to cut the lead in half before Mason switched to a 1-3-1 which caught Scott off guard. Mason ended the half with a deep three at the buzzer stretching the lead to 43-26 in favor of Mason.
Mason County came out on fire and never let off the gas. Once they took a 20 point lead Scott had an uphill battle. It seemed like every time Scott would make a run or start to get momentum Mason County would come up with a few stops and go on a run themselves. Mason wins the game 75-58 and moves on to face GRC in the semifinals of the 10th Region on Friday night at 8
Player of the game for Scott was Grant Profit. He had 19 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assist.
Player of the game for Mason County was Terrell Henry. He had 28 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assist, and 1 blocked shot.
