| What an exciting journey it has been to come full circle and return to the Morehead community and Morehead State University in the Director of Athletics role. It is a dream come true opportunity for my family and me. It is with great pleasure that I am beginning my tenure focused on three main initiatives:IGNITE, INSPIRE and IMPROVE. Igniting the Eagle Empire, both internally and externally, will be a daily goal. Being able to provide a shot of adrenaline to our fan base, alumni and supporters will contribute to our growth and development. As a PROUD MSU alum and former student-athlete, I am beyond honored and humbled to be wearing the blue and gold. Inspiring a sense of family and inclusion will be of utmost importance. Building off of the great work of those who came before me, I will strive to create a sense of hope, vision and direction to find the best version of Eagle Athletics. We aspire to create strong partnerships and collaboration that will grow the student-athlete experience on all fronts. Improvement will always be our focus by strategically assessing and planning the best pathways to move forward athletically, academically, socially and personally.
